Assessor CPF

There was and is a lot of interaction between people from the IAF and the DSDM Consortium. IAF-members also being a member of the DSDM-Consortium brought the process for CPF Assessments a lot further than it was and up to the operational level in 1998.

In the summer of 1998 they had the IAF organised the first formal CPF Assessment, Scotland UK. Because I was already into the DSDM Assessments they invited me to be a candidate as well. I decided to join the process, beacme a CPF and an Assessor CPF in 1999. The trough value of being an assessor is that every assessment you are able to see professionals work at the top of their skills. Every time a great learning experience and always very rewarding, even when you have to defer a candidate.
