History

I started my career in facilitation in 1994. The role of facilitator in my first RAD-projects was vacant and I took it from the start. It felt logical at the time even giving the fact that I had no clue what to do. This was both on the content of the project and in the role as facilitator. Since then I have been working and learning in this area.

I became accredited in 1998 and assessor in 1999. At the moment I am partnering in this area with Lorensbergs (Gothenburg, Sweden). When working together we focus on team challenges like safety, workload and transparency. In general I lime presenting at conferences and this concerns also Facilitation. I do not do this as often as I present or lecture on Agile but I love doing it. My last presentation was in october 2011 at the European IAF conference in Istanbul.
