Facilitation

Facilitation is my passion. It is a format for working that can cover almost all topics and is helpful in both ligth and heavy issues. It can be used in projects as well. We motivate students to use it in the projects they do, both at work and at the University. In order to be able to do so we offer in year 4 a quarter on facilitation. During 7 lectures covering up to 16 topic based on the 6 core competencies of the IAF we try to create a fundament to apply the line of work of facilitation in projects as part of the education process. Of corse everyone who has been in here can apply this in daily work as well.
